2. Data collected and purpose

When you contact me through a form, email or telephone, your name, mobile number, email address, property details, estimated sale timeframe and message are processed only to respond to your valuation, information or guide request.

3. Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Marketing communications are not sent without your prior, explicit consent.

4. Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contractual relationship are retained for 12 months and then deleted. If a mediation agreement is entered into, data is retained for the applicable statutory periods.

5. Recipients

Data may be shared with RE/MAX AZURE (KVIP - Sociedade de Mediação Imobiliária, Lda.) when required to provide the service, and with hosting and email providers acting on our behalf. Personal data is never sold.

6. Your rights

7. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage statistics and improve its content and experience. Analytics cookies are activated only after you accept the cookie notice. If you decline, no analytics cookies are installed. Advertising and remarketing cookies are not used. You can change your choice by deleting this website's data in your browser.

8. Contact forms

When you submit a form, the data is sent directly to Vitor through the website's email provider. The guide form makes the download available immediately after your request is submitted.
